If you are ever dissatisfied with any of our services, for ANY reason, let us know. We will work
with you to either correct or repeat the service at no additional charge, or arrange for another provider to repeat the service at no additional charge.
If this still does not resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction, we will refund the
money you’ve paid us: 100% of the Hourly Service Charge, or that month’s Managed Services fee. You have 60 Days from the date of the service to let us make things right.
